With her friendly personality, Stephanie loves to help others on their journey to a happier and healthier life and is committed to making our clients feel welcome from the moment they call.

Insurance coverage
We offer direct billing to Manulife and Canada Life for counselling services with select Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers. Please discuss eligibility with the Administrative Team prior to booking.
