Kelsie provides a supportive space for individuals (16+) and couples navigating a range of concerns. With a focus on chronic illness, oncology, and degenerative diseases, Kelsie understands that living with such conditions can be overwhelming, unpredictable, and isolating. Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis, ongoing treatment, survivorship, or the long-term impact on your identity and relationships, you don’t have to face it alone. She supports clients in processing the emotional impact of illness, including grief, anxiety, and depression and works to build coping strategies, restore a sense of control, and foster resilience in the face of uncertainty. She offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space where your experiences are met with understanding, informed by both clinical training and personal insight.
Kelsie also supports concerns such as medical trauma, burnout, and life transitions, along with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and self-esteem challenges. Her approach is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in the belief that each individual is the expert in their own life. She integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method for Couples, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
Kelsie is dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and work toward meaningful change. She values trust, honesty, authenticity, connection, and resilience, and strives to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and others to live more purposeful and fulfilling lives.
