About Jennifer
With an M.A. in Applied Psychology and training as a Master of Social Work student, I bring both academic knowledge and a client-centered approach to my work. My style is warm and collaborative, and I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported. I strive to create that environment in every session.
I work with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship stress. Drawing from evidence-based approaches and a client-centered lens, I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals.
I value authenticity and connection, and I bring curiosity and compassion into my sessions. Clients often describe my style as calm and approachable, and I believe that even small steps can lead to meaningful change. Outside of the therapy room, I recharge by spending time in nature and finding creative outlets, both of which remind me of the resilience and growth I aim to nurture in my work.
Offers virtual sessions exclusively, working with individuals at a rate of $75 per session.
