About Erica

Erica is a Registered Social Worker with the OCSWSSW (Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers) and OASW (Ontario Association of Social Workers). She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from The University of Toronto and an Undergraduate Honours Degree in Psychology. Erica has years of experience working in hospital settings including, Royal Victoria Hospital, and non-for-profits supporting cancer survivors or those with ADHD and anxiety. Erica is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate some of life’s most emotionally complex seasons.

Erica offers compassionate support to adults. Erica works with clients struggling with anger management, anxiety, grief, self-esteem and confidence issues, caregiving stress, critical illnesses, ADHD, post-accident driving anxiety, and the emotional weight of postpartum motherhood. Her approach blends evidence-based therapeutic strategies with deep emotional work— because real healing requires both structure and safety. She utilizes CBT, mindfulness and narrative therapeutic approaches.

Erica’s approach is steady, warm and compassionate. Erica doesn’t believe in rushing to move away from issues, or pathologize. Instead, we slow things down and get curious. We explore where patterns began, why they made sense at the time, and how they may no longer be serving you. We build emotional regulation skills, stronger boundaries, and a more grounded internal voice — one that feels clear instead of critical.
