She works well with Trauma, BPD, PTSD, C-PTSD, eating disorders, and substance use.
Caroline helps clients build a good coping skills plan that works for them. She supports clients in improving their relationships, navigating life transitions, and self-discovery. When it comes to trauma, Caroline helps her clients move from survival mode to a place of safety where they can be their authentic selves and connected to others and the world.
