Family Therapy

Registered Social Worker: $190 Family (no HST)

Registered Psychotherapist: $190 Family (no HST)

Therapy sessions begin at 50 minutes in length. Extended sessions are also available for clients who may benefit from additional time. Availability is dependent upon the therapist. We offer in person, online and blended methods of therapy.

Insurance

We offer direct billing to Manulife and Canada Life for counselling services with select Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers. Please discuss eligibility with the Administrative Team prior to booking. Any fees not covered by your benefits plan may be eligible for reimbursement when filing your annual income tax return.

Payment

Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at each session. Virtual and phone sessions require a credit / credit debit card on file before appointment.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Whenever possible, we try to offer reschedules based on your clinicians’ availability. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, and no shows, are subject to the full fee being charged. To notify us of a cancellation, Please email info@vaultmentalhealth.com or connect with your therapist directly via the client portal, provided by OWL.
