Workplace Mental Health & EAP Partnerships
A more human approach to employee mental health support
Your employees are people first. Life stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, parenting demands and mental health concerns do not simply disappear when someone arrives at work.
Vault Mental Health partners with Ontario businesses to provide confidential, professional psychotherapy support directly to their employees.
Our workplace mental health and Employee Assistance Program partnerships give employees access to real therapists, thoughtful therapist matching and a human team ready to help them take the first step.

Let’s Talk About Your Team →Mental Health Support Your Employees Can Actually Access
Many businesses want to better support employee mental health but are unsure where to begin. Traditional Employee Assistance Programs can feel broad, impersonal or difficult to navigate, particularly for smaller and mid-sized organizations.
Vault Mental Health offers a different approach. We work directly with Ontario businesses to create workplace mental health support that reflects the size, needs and culture of their organization.
Whether you have 20 employees or 200, Vault Mental Health can explore a partnership designed around your team.
We Specialize in Mental Health Care
Vault Mental Health is an Ontario psychotherapy practice with a team of Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists supporting clients across the province.
Mental health is not one service within a larger benefits platform. It is what we do.
Our therapists support individuals navigating concerns including:
Employees do not need to wait until they are in crisis to access therapy. Support can be proactive, preventative and available when life simply begins to feel like too much.
Human-First Therapist Matching
The right fit, not simply the first available therapist.
At Vault Mental Health, we believe the therapeutic relationship matters. This is particularly important when therapy is being accessed through a short-term workplace mental health or EAP program.
When the number of available sessions may be limited, employees should not have to spend several appointments determining whether a therapist is the right fit. That is why Vault Mental Health takes a human-first approach to therapist matching.
When an employee reaches out, a real member of our team takes the time to better understand what they are experiencing, what they hope to receive support with and, where appropriate, their preferences for therapy. We then thoughtfully consider which member of the Vault Mental Health clinical team may be the strongest therapeutic fit. We do not simply match an employee with the first therapist who has an opening.
Because when therapy is time limited, the right connection matters from the beginning.
Workplace Mental Health Partnerships Designed Around Your Business
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to employee mental health. Vault Mental Health works with employers to develop a partnership that makes sense for their organization.
Employer-Funded Therapy Sessions
Provide your employees with access to a predetermined number or pool of employer-funded psychotherapy sessions. Employees privately connect with Vault Mental Health and our team supports them through intake, human-first therapist matching and booking.
Mental Health EAP Partnerships
Vault Mental Health can act as your organization’s dedicated mental health EAP provider, giving eligible employees access to confidential psychotherapy through our team of registered clinicians. Programs can be structured around the size and needs of your workforce.
On-Site Psychotherapy
For select organizations and locations, Vault Mental Health therapists may provide scheduled on-site psychotherapy days. Employees can access confidential mental health support within their workplace while remaining clients of Vault Mental Health.
Virtual Therapy Across Ontario
Employees located throughout Ontario can access virtual psychotherapy with members of the Vault Mental Health clinical team.
Workplace Mental Health Education
Customized workshops and educational opportunities can be developed to support the unique needs of your workplace, employees and leadership team.
How It Works
We Learn About Your Organization
We begin with a conversation. Vault Mental Health takes the time to understand your workforce, the needs of your organization and what you hope to provide to your employees.
We Build Your Mental Health Partnership
Together, we establish the structure of your program, including employee eligibility, funded sessions, access to care and the overall booking process.
Your Employees Connect With a Real Person
Employees are provided with a dedicated pathway to contact Vault Mental Health. No complicated phone trees. No automated system deciding what someone needs. A real member of our team helps each employee understand the intake process and the support they are looking for.
We Focus on the Right Therapeutic Fit
Rather than simply booking an employee with the first available clinician, Vault Mental Health thoughtfully considers therapist fit, creating a strong starting point for therapeutic rapport and the most meaningful use of short-term psychotherapy support.
Therapy Begins
Employees become clients of Vault Mental Health and receive psychotherapy through our clinical team. Their therapeutic care remains confidential and separate from their employer.
You Receive Program-Level Information
Where included in the partnership and appropriate based on program size, employers may receive aggregated utilization information. Employers do not receive employee therapy records, session content or identifying clinical information unless authorized or required by law.
Confidentiality Is Not an Add-On
Vault Mental Health understands that employees may hesitate to access workplace-funded mental health support if they are worried their employer will know they are attending therapy. Confidentiality, privacy and professional standards remain central to the care we provide.
Employees accessing psychotherapy through a workplace partnership are Vault Mental Health clients. Their therapeutic relationship is with their clinician.
- The employer funds access to care.
- The employer does not participate in the therapy room.
Why Vault Mental Health?
Human First From the Beginning
When an employee reaches out, they connect with a real member of the Vault Mental Health team who can answer questions, listen and help them understand their options.
Right Fit Over First Available
Therapy is personal. We thoughtfully consider an employee’s presenting concerns, preferences and therapeutic needs when helping connect them with a clinician. Particularly in short-term therapy, the right clinical fit creates a stronger starting point for care.
Registered Mental Health Professionals
Psychotherapy is provided by members of the Vault Mental Health team practising within their professional designations, scope and regulatory requirements.
In-Person and Virtual Options
With locations in Barrie, Whitby and Port Hope and virtual psychotherapy available across Ontario, employees can access support in a way that works for them.
Support for the Whole Person
People rarely struggle with only one part of their life. Our therapists support the whole person and the experiences that may be impacting their emotional well-being, relationships, daily functioning and work.
Built for Ontario Businesses
You do not need to be a large corporation to meaningfully invest in employee mental health. We welcome conversations with small and mid-sized businesses, professional organizations, health care teams, industrial workplaces and employers looking to strengthen their mental health supports.
A More Flexible Alternative to a Traditional EAP
Large, traditional Employee Assistance Programs can mean long contracts, upfront fees and a first-available, digital-first model. Vault Mental Health is built differently.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from a traditional EAP?
We offer flexible, short-term contracts, a real human at intake and right-fit therapist matching. Rather than a large upfront fee, we can bill based on the care your team actually uses, and there are no long-term commitments.
Will we know which employees are using the program?
No. Employees accessing care are Vault Mental Health clients, and their therapeutic relationship is with their clinician. Employers may receive aggregated program-level information where appropriate, but never individual names, session content or clinical details.
How quickly can we launch?
Most partnerships can be implemented in under 30 days. The exact timeline depends on the structure of your program and the size of your workforce.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes. Employees can be seen in person at our Barrie, Whitby and Port Hope locations, and for select organizations we can arrange scheduled on-site therapy days. Virtual psychotherapy is also available across Ontario.
What if only a few employees use it?
Because care can be billed as it’s used, you’re not paying large fees for sessions no one books. Your team still has a meaningful, confidential mental health benefit in place for whenever they need it.
Can employees’ family members access support?
Depending on how your program is structured, support can be extended to household family members. We’ll work with you to define eligibility that fits your organization.
