Clinical Supervision Services

Ashleigh Bennett

Ashleigh Bennett, BSW, MSW, RSW

Welcome. I am Ashleigh Bennett, a Registered Social Worker with six years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about supporting social workers early in their careers as they navigate the complexities of clinical practice.

My ideal supervisee is a new graduate or practitioner with up to three years of experience, particularly those working within private practice or transitioning into this setting.

I understand that starting out in this field can feel overwhelming. From grappling with imposter syndrome to building confidence in clinical decision-making—or even learning how to attract and retain clients—these challenges are common, and you are not alone. Supervision provides a supportive, reflective space to work through these experiences.

I offer guidance in strengthening clinical skills, managing ethical dilemmas, and developing sustainable practices, particularly in private practice settings. Together, we can explore strategies for improving client engagement, structuring sessions, and maintaining professional boundaries, while also navigating the natural ups and downs of private practice.

My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and grounded in empathy. I believe in normalizing the learning curve and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing openly and asking questions. Supervision is a time to reflect, recharge, and build confidence in your abilities while cultivating a practice that aligns with your values.

If you are ready to feel more at ease in your role, strengthen your clinical skills, and create a private practice you can thrive in, I would be honored to support you on this journey. Let’s build a foundation for growth, resilience, and success together.
