Sara is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario) and CCPA (Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association). She holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Work from Georgian College. Sara has over 12 years of experience working in a variety of settings with children, youth and their families, including treatment homes, crisis programs, after school treatment and school-based mental health programs within the community.

Sara offers compassionate support to children (6+), adolescents, adults, experiencing issues relating to mental health, anxiety, burn-out, stress, mood disorders, trauma, depression, abuse, parenting and behaviour support, and self-esteem. Sara’s nurturing approach is grounded in strengths, fostering safety and comfort in sessions. Using evidence-based techniques, she empowers positive transformations in thought patterns and behaviors. Specializing in trauma-informed care, Sara provides unwavering support for healing and renewal.

Sara provides a safe, non-judgmental environment. Sara looks forward to working with you and helping you through the issues you may be facing.
