Rachael is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Marketing Management with Honours. She supports a diverse population encompassing youth, adults, and couples along their paths to healing in relation to anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, family conflict, chronic pain, autism, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, and peer relationships. Rachael is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental, warm, and supportive space by collaborating to form a therapeutic alliance.
Rachael practices from an empathetic and holistic approach, as she recognizes that each person’s healing journey is unique. Through the integration of mindfulness, person-centered therapy, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed perspectives within talk therapy, Rachael strives to facilitate transformative experiences. She believes each person is the expert in their own life, and that it takes courage and strength to reach out for help when you need it. She is honoured to join you on your journey of growth.
