Nicole is a Registered Social Worker with the Registered Social Workers and Social Service Workers Association of Ontario. Nicole holds a Master of Clinical Sciences – Advanced Healthcare Practices Degree from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. 


Nicole understands that life comes with challenges that can affect how you are functioning in the many roles you hold in our life. Your thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses can really weigh you down and hold you back leaving you feeling stressed and overwhelmed. She will help   put you back in control of your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and decisions, leaving you

with a sense of balance and peacefulness.


With the use of authentic curiosity, she will get to know you, and your goals. Together you will develop a plan to achieve your goals by developing tools and coping strategies for your current struggle, as well as providing you with a tool box to support you in the future as well.


Nicole has many years of experience working in the health and mental health field supporting children, youth, adults, seniors, and complex care clients. With the use of  Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative, Person-Centered, Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT), strength based, trauma focused and Crisis support. She works with clients struggling with anxiety, bipolar, coping skills, depression, self esteem, self harming, stress, suicidal ideation as well as many others.
