Ebru is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

During her academic journey, Ebru gained valuable experience through her practicum and volunteer positions as a Crisis Responder in various organizations including Kids Help Phone, Talk Suicide, and Distress Center Ontario. During her professional journey Ebru walked the path of healing with clients who are navigating OCD, ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism and self-esteem challenges.

Native in both Turkish and English, Ebru provides therapy services to clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds  with a particular focus on assisting clients who are exploring polyamory, ethically non-monogamous relationships, or kink-positive lifestyles.

Ebru adopts an integrated approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Schema Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. This allows her to tailor treatment strategies to match each client’s unique needs and goals effectively.

Ebru believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. She is dedicated to supporting each client’s journey towards personal growth, resilience, and fulfillment. She is deeply committed to assisting clients of all ages, demographics, and populations including LGBTQ2S+, teens, adults, and couples. 

With a commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, Ebru offers both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. Her availability includes Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm. Additionally, she is available for virtual sessions upon request on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays at specific times.
